Wemo dimmer not connecting to homekit. Open Wemo plugs not responding to Homekit I have 5 Wemo mini plugs that after 2 years are not responding to to Siri/Home App. Here is the symptom: When I try to use HomeKit or Siri to turn the Wemo outlets on or off, there is a long delay. They work perfectly in the Wemo app, but shows “No Response” in the Home App. If I ignore it typically the next day it’s fine. Or also does this with Philips wifi bulbs. After updated to iOS 17 (and all the other updates to my Apple TV, Mac, iPad, homepods, etc), two of my Wemos It supports Apple® HomeKit® which means you can control your Wemo Dimmer using the Apple Home app. In the past, if i recall, you could just scan the HomeKit code and be off the races. I have followed about every instruction I can find but when I am in the WEMO app and Im trying to connect to the dimmer to share it with homekit I get no Why can't Homekit find my WeMo smart plugs? This is a constant problem, and it's getting really really frustrating. You can control Wemo smart devices using Apple Home app and Trouble setting up with HomeKit? If the app tells you “Couldn’t add accessory” Sometimes the light on the plug will blink two colors – indicating ready to set up – before the plug is truly ready. So in case, our Wemo device is not detected or one of my Wemo light switches that uses the Wemo bridge to connect to homekit works in the Wemo app but shows as no response in HomeKit.
